Here's how it works: Upon purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation, and shortly after, your gift recipient will receive an email with a unique code enclosed. This code can be easily redeemed during the checkout process on our website, making it incredibly simple for them to use their gift card towards their desired purchase.
With no expiration date, our Gift Card offers the freedom to shop at their convenience, ensuring that your thoughtful gesture brings joy whenever they choose to indulge.
Processing time
Each Kwintner piece is handcrafted to order in our Old Jaffa atelier. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your piece to be carefully prepared for shipment.
Bespoke and custom-engraved pieces may require an additional 1–2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary worldwide door-to-door delivery on all orders. Each piece is carefully packaged in our signature linen box and shipped fully insured.
Israel: 2-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
International: 7-12 business days
Made-to-order pieces may require an additional 2-3 weeks for crafting.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your Kwintner piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition.
Ring exchanges for size adjustments are complimentary. Please contact our atelier at info@kwintner.com to arrange a return or exchange.
