Each piece of Kwintner jewelry is handcrafted using natural materials. Meteorite fragments, gemstones, and organic textures will exhibit unique characteristics - no two pieces are identical. These natural variations are a hallmark of authenticity, not a defect.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of browsing. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclusive of shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

All diamonds are accompanied by a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certificate. All coloured gemstones are certified by GWLAB (Gem & Jewelry World Laboratory). Certificates will be provided with your purchase.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer for bespoke commissions. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain it for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

Orders for ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Bespoke and custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

For shipments to the United States, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Kwintner covers all import and customs charges. Local sales taxes, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.

For all other international destinations, shipments are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. All customs charges, local taxes, and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-3 business days. International delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Bespoke pieces require 4-8 weeks from design approval to delivery.

You may return or exchange any ready-to-wear Kwintner piece within 14 days of receiving your order. The return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record.

The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. All original packaging, presentation box, and documentation must be included. A proof of purchase is required.

Bespoke and custom-made pieces, engraved items, resized rings, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect your return at our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

The bespoke process begins with a consultation (in person or virtual) to discuss your vision, preferences, and budget. We will provide sketches and/or 3D renders for your approval before production begins. Design revisions are included up to two rounds; additional revisions may incur supplementary fees.

Bespoke commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of design approval. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping. For commissions exceeding $10,000, a three-stage payment plan may be arranged.

Bespoke pieces typically require 4-8 weeks from design approval to completion. Complex commissions involving rare stones or intricate techniques may require additional time. We will communicate estimated timelines at the outset and keep you informed throughout the process.

Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled. The initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers design time, material sourcing, and production preparation.
