For a return to be considered, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the packaging it was received in. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as:

• Items returned with damage or missing parts not attributed to our error
• Returns initiated more than 14 days after the delivery date
