Not good service when fixes are needed

We bought a gift for my sister, who lives in Eilat. A few weeks after receiving it, the pendant started to break. She requested a repair and was told to bring it to the studio either herself or with the help of a relative. I assumed there will be an arrangement for a special mail service to pick it up from her. (The pendant it self is beautiful and arrived fast and nicely).
