מקצועיים, שירות אדיב ומהיר. עיצבו לי תכשיט מרחוק בשיחת טלפון, קיבלתי אותו עד הבית.

הגעתי להחליף תכשיט שקיבלתי מתנה בתכשיט אחר שהותאם לי באופן אישי, ובנוסף הבאתי איתי טבעת וינטג׳ זהב להחלפה של אבן לבחירתי. הגעתי לחנות יפהפיה ביפו- כל מי שעבד שם ונתן לי שירות החל מהטלפון ועד לבחירת הטבעת, האבן- גודל, צבע, התאמה של המסגרת לתקציב, האדיבות של כולם. הכל היה פשוט ללא רבב. בנוסף, מדהים מאוד לראות את אופן העבודה בלייב במקום- אמני התכשיטים יוצרים את התכשיטים באותו חלל שמבקרים בו הלקוחות. הדבר יוצר תחושה משפחתית, הוגנת, וזה בכלל בלי לדבר על התכשיטים יוצאי הדופן שמכינים שם. את הטבעת שהותאמה לי באופן אישי קיבלתי לאחר כשבועיים, ואת טבעת הוינטג׳ שהבאתי איתי לתיקון ולא הייתה שייכת לחנות- קיבלתי לאחר תיקון ויותר מזה- ניקו אותה וסידרו מעבר למה שביקשתי. ממליצה בחום, ובוודאי שאחזור לרכוש שם. אין שירות מדהים כזה❤️ תודה!
